These terms summarize the operating boundaries for using NEXUS Runtime as the reliability control plane, NEXUS AI Runtime layer, and AI Runtime Operations Platform for production AI.

Authorized useUsers are responsible for keeping workspace access, API keys, provider credentials, and NEXUS AI access tokens secure.
Provider costsAI provider usage is billed by the configured provider. NEXUS Runtime manages the runtime layer for routing, governance, reliability, observability, and releases.
Deployment handoffNEXUS Runtime can send deployment requests to NEXUS AI, which owns cloud adapter execution and cloud credential boundaries.
Operational responsibilityTeams should validate prompts, policies, provider settings, and deployment targets before production release.
